We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was really good. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly. A suitable location to reach different parts of Trivandrum. A calm and quiet location without the hectic din and buzz of the city and the traffic. Really Good.

The hotel staff is very cooperative and friendly. One wouldn't feel like being away from home or the comfort zone. Hotel location is very easily accessible. It has a huge porch which makes it easier to have an evening walk. Even the security at the main gate is also very helpful and proactive (took the bag off my hands while walking to the cab) Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Hospitality of staff towards elderly people was commendable. Staff was really concerned about my 83 years mother traveling with me. Right from security to room service reception were prompt in service for elderly persons.
